Exactly as advertised. Awesome place. They should advertise the tankless hot water. For a family of 5, it was great. It was super clean, every update you can imagine. Really nice neighborhood. It is not centrally located, but still close to all the sites and places to be. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

We have rented many times through VRBO and this property hands down is the nicest we have ever rented. The location is superb close proximity to EVERYTHING! Me and a group of 5 other girls shared this house. The house is gorgeous and was very clean. We loved the location as it’s a very short and direct walk to downtown. Plenty of space with three very comfortable en suite bedrooms for some alone time at the end of the day. Very clean. Owners were very responsive - we had a smoke alarm start beeping the first evening, one text and a maintenance person was there at 8:30 the next morning. Within walking distance of downtown. Perfect getaway

We were visiting Savannah for the first time as three couples. House is even more beautiful than the pictures. Every bedroom has a comfortable king bed with amazing pillows and it’s own modern bathroom. Location is ideal, easy walks to restaurants, shopping and river walk. The owners were very responsive. Any question or issue was immediately addressed. We’ve stayed at many homes and this was right up at top of the list! Highly recommend. We’d definitely stay again, no hesitation.

Great House for girlfriends trip!

House worked well for our group! It was easy to walk to wherever we wanted to go in Savannah, and then we had a nice place to relax and hang out in the evening. The beds were super comfortable and all the bathrooms have recently been redone. The only small piece of criticism I would give the house is that we did hear some traffic outside when we were sleeping. I wouldn’t say the road was busy, but the age of the house and the single pane windows probably contributed. We would definitely stay here again though.

The pictures don’t depict the exact unit you will be renting. It would be better to show the pictures for the actual unit being rented. It is plenty of space with a couch and one chair in the living area which was fine as it was only 3 ladies. However I was going to rent it for three couples and I don’t think the seating would be sufficient. The unit is beautiful with top notch appliances and service for 12. Extremely comfortable beds were a treat! It is light and bright making for a delightful vacation! We enjoyed every minute.

Great location — some frustration.

The location was great and the property was fine except that the gas went off on day 2 of our week and remained off for over two days - no cooktop, no gas grill, no gas light by the front door, the gas fireplace apparently didn’t work in any event. While we were offered the use of next door properties beginning the day after the gas went out, we were never compensated for the lack of service. The management team was, to be fair, very good at staying in touch but, despite at one point being offered a free night, the owner decided no compensation was necessary. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with the management company again, but I would not choose this location.

Property description and photos are very representative. Great home with large kitchen, dining, and living area. Appears to have been recently remodeled with great appliances. Each bedroom is its own suite with comfortable king bed and awesome showers. We have stayed in a variety of properties in Savannah and this was first with a dedicated, off street parking spot. It was great to know you had a place to park without circling blocks and probably even better not worrying about which day of week street cleaning occurs so you don't get a ticket for parking on wrong side of the street. The outside seating area and grill were a nice surprise. Property is at eastern edge of historic district and is an easy walk to central historic area and river street. A small coffee shop is literally less than a minute away. No complaints/concerns and would definitely stay again if have the opportunity.

The thermostat would not stay set, so it would get hot at night. Sheets were that micro sheet...very hot and asked for a lightweight blankets, not comforter but they did not have any! Did not feel it was close to much, so Uber or walk a lot! Bathtub drain broken so could not even use and they did not fix it, even though I asked them to. That was one reason we booked this place so there would be a bath for relaxing at the end of a long day. Dogs next door barked a lot. Street noise was constant at night and master bedroom was hot, unless doors were left open and then it was too light! Very expensive for these issues. And couch was good if you are a midget. But new interior and clean.

The property is absolutely stunning and the location is great (walk to river street or Broughton)! The kitchen has everything needed to make all your meals if desired. The grill on the back porch is in very good shape - we used it one evening. Highly recommend this beautiful home for a stay in Savannah!
