Perfect girls' weekend
I planned a girls' weekend for my birthday, and I chose this property. It was absolutely perfect for our group! We parked the cars on Friday and never moved them because the location is so central to everywhere we wanted to go. The home is nicely appointed and beds were super comfortable. We loved being able to gather around the kitchen island for a glass of wine and watch Netflix together in the large living room. The only small request we had would have been tissue boxes in all the bathrooms, but other than that, it was a perfect place to stay. We would definitely all stay again!

Best VRBO yet.
I frequently stay at VRBO homes several times a year and this was by far the nicest one yet. This place had luxuries I can't claim to have at home. Very high end. The house was better than advertised and the pictures do not do it justice. I had made an error in my date scheduling, thought I had scheduled two nights and in fact only scheduled one, and after contacting the management, it was corrected within the hour. Management responds immediately with any issues that may arise. The house was in a perfect location so that we were able to walk to most places of interest and be able to leave the car in the covered parking spot. The Pirate's House is on one side and Cha Bella is very close on the other with 912 Brew in between All were great finds. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to pamper themselves with luxury and have the convenience of touring the city on foot. We plan to return in the fall when the weather is cooler. Don't miss this one!!

56 Broad was an incredible property. Large rooms, private baths, a wonderful outside patio. The hosts accommodated our every request and more. As an added bonus there was a lovely coffee shop next door. Parking was very convenient & available.
