Alexa powered smart home with all new finishes/ modern decor/ furnishings located on a large corner lot offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Multiple windows and tall ceilings with lots of natural light. Open floor plan perfect for a few small groups or a large family. Fiber optic speed internet. Minutes away from parks, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, Sailor Bar, Folsom lake etc. Up to three small pets allowed with pet fee, $100-250 per pet depending on the size. please confirm with the host on the details before booking. Please note: steep driveway so low sitting cars should park on the side of the road or use RV access. Min 30 night stay, message owner with any questions.

Lovely clean home

Clean, comfortable…with a big backyard! Smart home features allow you to turn on lights with your voice. Lots of amenities provided, and the owner was friendly and easy to work with. Always replied quickly. Will definitely stay again next time we visit the area.

Beautiful Updated Home

Overall the home was beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for our family needs. The owner was very accommodating to our requests and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. I did not personally care for the Alexa smart home features nor the undisclosed camera in the front because I felt as if all our activities were being monitored, but that is just my opinion. The driveway is quite challenging even for normal/midsize sedans, but fortunately we had a lifted SUV. At the end of the day, it worked perfectly for our family and I would not hesitate to rent again.

Dear Kevin, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. You're correct the driveway is steep, I provide detailed parking instructions in the listing as well as in check in instructions. This is usually not an issue for my guests as there's plenty of parking besides the driveway, in front of the house or in front of the RV gate (where the driveway has been recently redone and is not steep) guests are also allowed to use additional secure parking behind the RV gates (pin provided per request). The front camera is a common feature in any Airbnb, it's disclosed in my listing and is only used for security, thank you for your understanding:)

Nice and clean Property for Home away from Home

Very clean and well maintained property. Host lives close by and very responsive. House rules are little over rated but otherwise we had good time. If all the guests are like us following rules, Host need not charge cleaning fee.

BEAUTIFUL CLEAN SMART HOME

The house was amazing clean and pristine. The host was amazing as well always responded quickly. Nice neighborhood. Don't hesitate to rent this place it was such a good experience with VRBO the first time around. Will def. recommend this to anyone. Thanks again for the amazing experience in this beautiful home with a FOOSBALL TABLE, beautiful spacious yard, comfy beds, amazing showers, everything is brand new. I would not change one thing in this VRBO.
