Luxury 5* penthouse in the center of Split located in the most vibrant and trendy areas in Split. Whole apartment is on the top floor of a new luxury building situated in central Split on the city's main promenade (Riva) just by the sea. Overall area of the penthouse is 300m2, with 150m2 of interior space and 150m2 of terrace. Among other attractive things within the penthouse, guests can also relax & enjoy the hot tub while watching the yachts entering the port or having panoramic views of the Old city and Diocletian’s Palace. This unit was part of few film sets and foreign sitcoms filmed in Split because of its unique position, decor and attractiveness. We are looking forward seeing you soon :)

Best Location in Split

This was the first post- COVID trip for me and my husband and we wanted to splurge on a beautiful apartment and this was it! Everything was as advertised. The communication with the host was excellent, the view of the marina spectacular and the apartment is modern and luxurious. We were there during extreme temperatures and air conditioning worked perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s a clothes washer and drying rack provided. Overall, a top end, relaxing experience in a perfect location to restaurants, shops, palace, etc.

All I can really say is, “Wow!”

I have stayed in many short term rental properties throughout the world over the last 30 years and I can definitely say this place is in my top five, if that not my top three. It is absolutely stunning. The view is just incredible, probably one of the nicest in Split. And luxury is definitely a relative adjective for this place. Everything was top notch and nicer than most homes I have ever seen in my life. Having your private elevator open right into the apartment was a real treat. And sitting in your private rooftop hot tub, watching the people and activities of the promenade was amazing. There is nothing that needs to be changed or improved here. If I could give it more than a 5-star rating, I would.

Great 4 night stay at the start of our holiday.

The location of the property is a perfect base for exploring Split. The apartment is modern and clean with wonderful views across the harbour. Lovely restaurants and sights all within walking distance.
