Firefly Cove is a pet-friendly luxury lakefront retreat tucked into a quiet cove on beautiful Lake Norman. With over 5,000 sq. ft. across three spacious levels and room to comfortably sleep up to 14 guests, this stunning home is ideal for large families, multi-generational stays, girls' weekends, and friends traveling together—plus well-behaved pups who love lake life just as much as you do.

We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Important Notes for Your Stay:
◘Heated Pool Option
Enjoy a warm swim! Pool heat is available April 1 – November 1 for $200 per day (2-day minimum) at a max temperature of 88 degrees. For weekend stays, the pool will be heated upon your arrival and remain heated until Saturday evening.
◘No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
◘Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
◘Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
◘No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
◘Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
◘Boat Dock Info
Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
◘Lake Levels May Vary
Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.
