Located in the village of Southampton, this renovated historic home puts you at Coopers Beach, village shopping and restaurants with a quick walk, bike or drive.

This is an ideal house for entertaining with an open kitchen built for cooking but made for guests. Dining room, which seats 10 and kitchen both open up to front and rear covered porches. Kitchen island is perfect for informal entertaining. All new appliances in kitchen include Viking range and second oven along with built in refrigerator and beverage center. Kitchen has open views of pool and secluded back yard.

Enjoy our spacious and sunny updated home located in the heart of Southampton Village and within walking distance to renowned ocean beaches and quaint shops/restaurants. Set on a private corner lot 1 mile from Main Street, 1 mile from the ocean and south of the highway, this home gives you easy access to everything! House was completely renovated in 2007 so all modern amenities are available. Five bedrooms upstairs include the master bedroom, two guest bedrooms with full and a queen bed, and two bedrooms with a twin bed in each. A spacious TV/playroom is centrally located on the second floor.

Our large enclosed back yard and fully renovated (summer 2022), fenced in T-shaped pool area are perfect for family summer fun. Over-sized pool is surrounded by a large bluestone patio, fencing and beach grass for privacy.

A break for spring break

We stayed at this stunning and charming property for the Spring break week and it was perfect for our family. Close to lots of children’s activities, lots of space both inside and outside for hanging out. The outdoor space is serene and peaceful. The owners were incredibly nice and great at communicating. This is a wonderful home for the off season months, in addition to the summertime.

Absolutely beautiful!!

This house is absolute perfection. You can tell that it’s a historical house that has been beautifully renovated. We loved sitting on the porch and by the pool - the house and property is very peaceful and inviting. Kerry and her husband Nick were so intentional and helpful. I would highly recommend their house. I know that if I ever visit the Hamptons again, this is the place I will stay!

Village Charmer

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderfully renovated 1860’s SH Village farmhouse. The hosts were very commutative/helpful and the house is in a great location. It was an easy walk for us to Main Street with all the restaurants and shopping it has to offer. The house has two large, gracious covered porches to relax on, one overlooking the home’s beautiful pool and large, private lawn. The weather wasn’t warm enough for us to use the pool while we were there but it certainly looked inviting. We had a great week at this property!

It is obvious that the owners take great pride in their property because everything is of high quality and the home is very clean and nicely decorated. If you appreciate your surroundings while vacationing (ie a lovely pool that is as nice to look at as it is to swim in, wooden pool furniture instead of plastic and vinyl, a porch with wooden adirondack chairs, a kitchen that has quality appliances including the smaller ones like the toaster and coffee maker, bedrooms that might be prettier than what you have in your own house and walk in showers with rain shower heads and hand helds, then you will be completely happy with this property. The neighborhoods that surround the property are beautiful and we took the bikes out and about to take it all in. The landscaping also shows how much time the owners spend taking care of the property. The pavers used for edging, the fieldstone patio area, the decorative grasses surrounding the pool and the mature trees found on the property are all things that I loved and appreciated. I didn't want to leave!

Charming home in a great location

Charming home with and ideal layout and in the perfect location since it was equal walking distance to town as it was to the beach. We spent so much time on the porch, in the backyard, and walking around Southampton. It was a great month!

Excellent family getaway

My family and I have had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home more than once, and it has been great every time. The owners were very friendly, helpful, and informative. The house was comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Absolutely loved the kitchen/den set up. We spent a lot of summer evenings out on the large back porch. The yard and fenced-in pool area were a super place for our four children to run and play. The house is also centrally located to Southampton village's shops and restaurants and to its beautiful ocean beaches. We can't wait for our next visit! Jennifer H.

Little Pearl in Southampton

This house on Hill Street in Southampton reminds me of the one I grew up in. It just has a good feel, a very happy home, as you enter. We have four grown children who joined us for our stay. It is centrally located, and an easy walk to the village, shops, theatre, restaurants and church. A mile and a car or bike ride get you to beautiful ocean beaches. The kitchen is fabulous. Private pool and spacious yard with wrap around porches were favorite hang outs. I would highly recommend this home to others. LM

Fabulous escape

We have had many opportunities to get away to this gorgeous town. Our stay at this property was a favorite. The home is beautiful and well appointed in every way. The owners took great care to make sure we were familiar with the area, restaurants and their home. They have lovingly restored this home without losing the charm and glory of Southampton's finest. The kitchen is a cooks dream and opens out onto a gorgeous porch overlooking the pool and private yard. We enjoyed our cocktails while the kids swam and we Barbecued at the end of a perfect day! The bedrooms are well appointed and cozy and the living space is very comfortable and is decorated beautifully. There was more than enough room for our 2 families. We can't wait to return!

Perfect location and a beautiful home

We cannot say enough about our stay at this beautiful house. What a pleasure it is to be able to walk to town and come back to such a great spot. The homeowner's could not have been more helpful and we are greatful that they shared their home with us.
