In Orcières Merlette, rent magnificent apartment completely renovated and decorated by an interior designer!
Apartment for 4 to 6 people with 2 separate bedrooms (160 beds and 2 90 beds) and a sofa bed in the living room.
Located 250m walk from the slopes and shops in a sunny resort in the Southern Alps, ideal for children (snow garden, indoor swimming pool with slide, ice rink, bowling, cinema)
On the 3rd and last floor of a small building with parking of the building (not private).
Large living room with west-facing balcony with views of the valley, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, electric oven, fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine).
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed (new mattress and mattress for comfort ++) and a large closet and flat screen TV.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with 2 90x190 beds and large closets (wardrobes and shelves).
Bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and storage, separate toilet.
Large flat screen in the living room and flat screen in the master bedroom.
Fibre Internet with WIFI.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning is included in the rental price.
5 minutes walk from the start of the slopes and the central lodge with swimming pool and ice rink.

Super semaine en famille à Orciere

Nous avons apprécié la delicate attention à notre arrivée . Nous avons trouvé un bel appartement tres bien équipé et avec une belle vue. Tout etait parfait, même la neige au rendez -vous. Nous reviendrons.

Vacances de neige en famille

Nous avons passé un super moment dans l'appartement de Christophe. Renovation recente et soignée à quelques pas du front de neige. Tout est neuf, bien équipé et de qualité, notamment toute la literie...ce qui est habituellement rare en location. Nous avons eu l'impression d'etre les premiers occupants !! Nous recommandons cette location calme, idéale pour un sejour à Orcieres Merlette.

Super semaine à Orcières Noel 2023

Appartement refait intégralement à neuf en 2023 et avec très bons goût. Appartement très bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, frigo + congélateur, aspirateur dyson, four et four à micro-ondes, nespresso, box Wi-Fi (avec jeux vidéos), appareils à fondue et raclette...). Bonne literie et neuve. Très belle vue. A moins de 10 minutes à pied des remontées et commerce. Propriétaire et conciergerie très pro, disponibles et sympathiques. Super séjour
