We welcome you to our pleasant T3 apartment of 50m2 on the 2nd floor of the residence LES MARMOTTES 1.
Crossing apartment with living room on the south side from which you can admire a magnificent landscape.

You will find a free shuttle bus 100m from the apartment with a passage every 20 minutes which serves the city centre and direct access to the slopes. For the bravest, the city centre is a 7-minute walk away.
The apartment consists of:

- A bright living room with a 140cm sofa bed.
- A built-in kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and outdoor equipment.
- A bedroom with a 160cm double bed
- A second bedroom with 2 bunk beds in 140 cm with the possibility of adding a 90 cm mattress provided or 1 travel cot also provided (on request at no extra charge.)
- A bathroom with a sink, a shower, and a washing machine.

ATTENTION: Linen is not provided (sheets, towels, tea towels...)

Private ski room on the ground floor.
