About this property

This is a charming 1940's style bungalow of approx 700 sf wtih a bathroom- shower, full kitchen, bedroom, large living room area, dining area, laundry room & patio areas is close to the University and Campbell Corridor. The front yard area is fenced in and private w palm tree, chairs & fire pit. There is also a shared closed in grilling area just off the shared laundry rm which also has a patio table (sits 4). There is 1 off street parking space & street parking. The main room has a sofa bed, two lazy boy chairs & small dining area. This is a quiet established neighborhood. Mountain and desert activities for hiking, skiing, shopping etc. Bike Loop is nearby on Mountain Ave.

We allow friendly dogs. Please inquire about rules for cats. SMOKE FREE HOME. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

Coffee & tea provided for a few days stay. Washer and Dryer available in the utility room and is shared with the studio unit and hours are 8 am to 8 pm. Cleaning supplies and Vacuum are also in there.

Please note there are outdoor cameras on the property for everyone's protection. Tampering with them is not allowed and will result in terminating agreement.

Affordable, nice stay!

Overall, I enjoyed the stay. The painters were a bit loud but we are early birds so it didn’t really affect our sleep. The appliances in the kitchen were very helpful. We ended up baking cookies! But it was clean and comfy place.

Stay at the Wildcat house.

Quiet neighborhood. Small but cozy. Property owner was very cooperative and helpful when my wife and I needed some unique accommodations.
