Come visit our tropical escape and home away from home. Spacious, clean, freshly updated and furnished with coastal décor. The perfect place for a family or couple(s) with all the comforts of home. Our back deck has a lush island feel, the perfect place to hang out and relax at the end of the day. Did we mention the outdoor shower?
You'll also love the Master Bedroom balcony and especially the water and palm's view watching the boats heading out for a day of fishing. You will find a boat/kayak launch less than two blocks away. Boat and Pontoon rentals nearby also.

WELCOME TO PARADISE! We have a view of the water from our front door, Master Bedroom private balcony has a great view also and we are located near everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Pier Park, St. Andrews State Park, Marina, Frank Brown Park, shopping, restaurants, golf, deep sea fishing charters, and 3 public boat ramp/launches nearby. Bring your kayaks! Parking for 4 vehicles.

We have a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher and all the comforts of home! Grab your beach towels and chairs and hit the beach! Our beach access is appx. 2 blocks away, 3 min. drive to Public Beach Access #12

We have Roku television with hundreds of channels available, wireless internet, 2 comfortable queen beds and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa.

Convenient

The condo was convenient to Front Beach road and many of the restaurants and attractions. However, the neighborhood was a mix of nice homes and some pretty rundown homes, including vehicles on blocks, etc. Everything in the condo was in working order, but it does need to repairs/updates. Overall, enjoyable stay and the owners were very friendly and responsive to questions, etc.

This Vacation Rental is Nice

We spent a long weekend at the Holiday Beach House in mid April 2022. The stairs in the house can be a challenge but they can also keep you in shape during your stay (smile). The Dooley’s were very easy to work with, as we had a little one day adjustment on our stay that caused no problem. The house is clean and well equipped. We always felt safe. We would stay at the Beach House again if we had the opp.

Beach stay

Property was nice. Kitchen needed a few more items and a coffeemaker that worked. Courtyard was v private but needed manicuring but Overall a nice place.

We are a young at heart couple with two wonderful daughters (and son-in-laws). We love the salt life, scuba diving, motorcycles, life in the sun and the BEACH!

Why they chose this property

We both came here many times in our teens and always said we would love to live (at least part time) at the beach.....so,,,
We searched several years for the perfect place on the beach, looked at lots of locations and then found this beautiful place and we were hooked!

What makes this property unique

We love the Lagoon view, the privacy, the neighbors and the area! Maybe our favorite thing about this place is the back deck/patio. It's private and has an island feel with the lush Birds of Paradise, Japanese Banana trees and greenery.
