A stone's throw from the sea, on the ground floor of a small residence, Ideal for a large or several families, this large apartment with sea view, air-conditioned and equipped with WIFI, has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a beautiful outdoor area with plancha, deckchairs and garden furniture to enjoy moments of relaxation and outdoor shower.

Located 50 m from the sea, you have access in 15 minutes on foot to the local shops and the magnificent sandy beach and for those who like walks, you have access to all the coves that the marina offers us.
Its assets: an ideal location, in a quiet area, close to the sea and the shops of the navy.
A huge outdoor space.

Apartment totally renovated this year, with new bedding, new appliances and connected TV, air conditioning and wifi.

End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory: €80 to be paid on site.
Linen is optional: €30 per room including sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Logement agreable dans un quartier calme.Literie de qualiteIl faudrait juste preciser dans l'annonce que la petite plage a 80 m de la maison est une plage de rocher et non de sable.Il y a une jolie petite plage de sable a 15 min a pieds.Florence chargee de l'accueil des voyageurs est tres cordiale et disponible. Nous avons passe une belle semaine dans cette region.
