About this property

Large Luxury Home - Perfect for Groups - Downtown

This is a newly renovated single family home is located downtown, close to all of Milwaukee has to offer.

With 4 Bedrooms, 9 beds and 3 bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates groups of all sizes.

The main floor boasts an open concept with updated kitchen, communal dining table and living room. Also on the first floor is a gram-worthy mural painted by a local Milwaukee muralist. The lower level/game room and connected outdoor space add an additional location for gathering.

Our goal is to provide a home where folks can gather, enjoy each others company and stay all in the same place. We've organized the home to be conducive for larger groups. Here is a breakdown of the home:

The main floor includes the living/dining/kitchen space and is very open and inviting. A full bathroom, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds and one full bed round out the first floor.

The finished lower level/game room we've dubbed "The High Life Lounge" provides another welcoming location for entertaining. Arcade games, foosball, dart board, beer pong table and a projector make this a fun space for all. This lower level also opens onto a nice outdoor patio complete with furniture, fire-pit, umbrella, grill and outdoor games.

The second story has:
- One bedroom with a King bed
- Master suite with a King Bed and 2 pull out couches and a master en-suite bathroom and an outdoor patio.
- One bedroom with 3 full size beds
- An additional full bathroom

Perfect for Summerfest

My family stayed in this house while our daughter was performing at Summerfest. It was an easy 30 minute walk to Summerfest, and we loved the neighborhood we stayed in. The owners were so kind and thoughtful and easy to deal with. Thank you!

We had 10 adults for a guys weekend and the place was perfect for the group. walking distance to alot of great bars and restaurants and short scooter ride to the river. would highly recommend!

Great for the grown ups!

This was a great stay for our group of adults. Nice house in walking distance of everything we needed. The very steep stairs coupled with the loose hand railing was tough for our small children. Would stay again without the kiddos.

Great for a guys weekend

Kevin was easy to communicate with, had excellent suggestions for our first trip to Milwaukee. House had plenty of room for the whole group, and the open living space on the first floor made hanging out and meals together really easy. Location was perfect, 15 minutes to everything. Would recommend to anyone visiting Milwaukee with a big group.

This place was just as listed. Beautiful, well appointed, comfortable beds, ample space and close to MKE tourist attractions. The landlord was very responsive as noted by other reviewers. We had a variety of small issues and he was communicative and helpful at every turn. Book this place for your get-away! You won't regret it!!

The PERFECT location for a night in Milwaukee!

We had a group of 8 of us, getting together for a fun little friends getaway. We were so pleasantly surprised by the walkability of the location where we stayed - from coffee in the morning, to the Fresh Market store, to excellent dining locations just around the corner (BIRCH!). And if you didn't want to walk, like us one day in the rain, it was a 5 minute ride-share down to the Third Ward where we spend an entire day. Kevin was SO responsive during our trip and everything was excellent! We will be back!

The place was very clean and spacious. Host gifts you with high life beer and a bag a coffee. Extra linens and towels everywhere. Showers stocked with shampoo soap and conditioner. Fantastic Location

Check-in process wasn't perfect, tech issues resulted in late access to the house. Not something I'd be concerned with in the future. Would absolutely recommend this property for any group over 8 people, it is perfect for that. Would 100% use this location again!

Great stay for larger groups

We went with a group of 12 for my younger brother’s bachelor party. The house was the right size for us all to fit very comfortably, and we loved the common area for being able to all hang out together and play cards and chat. We grilled out one night and it was just a great house for when you all want to hang out as a big group. Easily walked north to Brady Street and south towards the Milwaukee RiverWalk area. All in all, would recommend this house for large groups looking to experience Milwaukee. Check-in/check-out process was a breeze and Kevin always responded quickly to any questions I had.

Guy's weekend

Kevin communicated well upon initial reservation, before and during check in. The electronic lock was not cooperating and he responded to my phone call immediately to address the issue. The price was reasonable and the property and neighborhood was accurately described. The common space temperature was well regulated with the thermostat and the bedrooms had additional space heaters to combat the night time temperatures in the teens. Our party of 6 men had plenty of sleeping space. I recommend this property!

Absolutely perfect!

A group of us returned to MKE for a Marquette game. Kevin & Allison’s home was absolutely perfect for our long weekend. Fantastic location (quick walk to Fiserv, lots of dining options nearby, grocery store literally a block away), plenty of beds and bathrooms for us, super fun game room, lots of space to hang out with the open floor plan, very clean, kitchen perfect for making a couple of meals at home to save some money. MKE had a cold snap during our stay and they brought over space heaters to help in the bedrooms (even though it was totally comfortable in the house without them, the extra heaters did help a lot in the extreme circumstances). Wonderful, communicative, and accommodating hosts. Highly recommend and we’ll make it our go-to for future visits!
