Holiday home in Brem sur Mer 500m from Brétignolles sur Mer, 1.5 km from the beach <br>Close to all shops, bakery, pharmacy at 600m, Lidll at 1km and Super u at 4km. Shops are nearby and so between 2 and 5 min walk you will find bakery, butcher, tobacco press, biocop, bike rental ... <br>Composed of two bedrooms (1 bed 140*190 and 2 beds 90*190) each equipped with a closet<br><br>Outbuilding with garden furniture, outdoor barbecue. Fenced garden parking space.<br> The beach on foot is about 9min or 2 min by car. There is a car park at the Dunes 1 beach (surf spot) with snack bar, toilet. The beach is supervised. Another car park at Dunes 2 (kitesurfing spot) a little wilder but just as good.<br> 15 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne and St Gilles Croix de Vie, Brem Sur Mer is located in the middle in a natural and preserved setting.<br> 2 times a week you can go to the market which takes place in the city centre.
