Welcome to The Retreat Villa at Serenity Resort—a stylish and spacious 3-bedroom, 3-
bathroom townhouse designed for comfort and relaxation. With over 2,100 sq. ft. of modern
living space, this two-story home features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops,
stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, plus a dining area that seats six. The open
layout flows into a cozy living room with a TV and sliding doors that lead to your private
screened-in pool with shaded patio seating.

This home sleeps up to six guests, with a king master suite upstairs that includes a private
balcony and en-suite bath, a twin bedroom, and a queen bedroom on the first floor. All
bedrooms have their own TVs and plenty of storage.The home also includes free Wi-Fi, a
washer and dryer, plus convenient extras like hair dryers and ironing essentials. Set in the
peaceful, nature-filled Serenity Resort, The Retreat Villa offers access to resort-style amenities
such as a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and game room.

● POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub— Some of spa may not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.


● GRILL:
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Felt like home.

Much better than a hotel. The kitchen was great, onsite laundry, screened in patio that opened all the way up to extend the living room.

Great experience

Stayed a week for a baseball tourney. The Villa met and exceeded our expectations. The place was very clean, modern, and a nice residential area. Close to restaurants and grocery stores, etc . Great location . Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others

Very nice condo and very spacious. Two bedrooms upstairs and one of the main level. Outdoor seating area was small but perfect for a family of 4. The jets in pool didn’t work unless the heat was on. Couldn’t find a switch another. Overall we had a great experience.

Not in the best area other than it is conveniently located close to a very busy under stocked Walmart and some fast foods areas. . It was a maze to get too .. it’s located farther back in an older community of house.. The dryer was in use when GM we arrived after 7 .. there’s were 2 beach towels snd 2 bath towels I think which were in the dryer. . The jets in the pool were very weak.. the pool did not look maintained.The blinds in the master bedroom partially missing.it was a last minute booking… I will not recommend.

Need to find more detailed house keeping

Set everything up on vrbo very easily. Answered all of our questions in detail and rather quickly. We arrived to the rental. It was in a nice area kind of secluded from the neighborhood. However when we got inside there was toothpaste on the sinks, dirt all over floors, dust on all the baseboards as well as hair all over the bathrooms and furniture. Our towels that were laid out were all still very damp as if they were taken straight from the washer and not dried. There were also holes in the wall from where the towel rack had been pulled from the wall and not yet repaired. Another thing was I found cockroach eggs in kitchen cabinet. I saw they had pest control service performed and the problem had been solved there was no evidence of anything active. I work for a pest control service in Ohio anytime I go on vacation I'm very weary of bringing things home. So I made sure. There pest service had done a great job. But they didnt clean up all the old activity. We reached out to renter on vrbo and they had us reach out to property manager. They told us someone would be right out to clean. This was couple hours after our arrival. We were there 6 days and no one ever came to clean the rental after we were told some one would be out. Getting to the point. I think the property should have been way more prepared for the guests or the employees prepping the property should have done so more detail oriented. Other than that we had a great stay and an amazing time at Disney.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful and clean property reasonably close to Disney and Universal! Our group included three couples, and our stay was extremely comfortable at this property. Quiet neighborhood plus the pool was just the right size for the six of us!

I arrived on saturday with wife and my son (autistic)..the main reason i rent this kind of facilty is because can be independent on his own room and with the proper internet he will be able to communicate properly..SO my first four night with out internet was a nightmare..office management do not respond effectively for the calls giving me no solutions at the first to calls and not respond via emails yet..
