Centrally located about 20-30 minutes to Winter Park Resort, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, and so much more. Edgewater Resort is a unique, family-friendly cabin community that will evoke memories of a simpler time - loads of hiking, fishing, and exploring await!

Our cozy 3 bedroom cottage features two decks, lower and upper, right on the Fraser River. Fall asleep to running water, make precious memories on the spacious deck. Three bedrooms, each with a dedicated bath, ensure ultimate comfort and privacy. Wash and dry your clothes in the house after mountain adventures. Each room has copious windows and beautiful natural light. Families and friend groups will equally feel at home. Fast Comcast wifi for staying connected with work... or not! With 1,100 square feet, the cabin offers just enough space for all you need... and nothing you don't!

It was clean and set in a nice area. River in the back and a pond in the front, made such a calm and peaceful setting. The communicatio and response time with the Host was exceptionally great. We are considering booking again for our week next year.

very clean with everything you need. with 4 adults we had plenty of room. 3 bedrooms with private baths was great. very quiet area close to everything you might need and the RMNP. Our favorite spot was the back deck where we drank coffee and ate our meals listening to the river. the river was amazingly close to our cabin. Shelton is a very lucky guy. we all agree this is our spot if we come back to the area

Nice Stay

We were 2 couples on a trip to enjoy the uncrowded side of RMNP. Shelton's Hideaway worked perfectly for us. The cabin was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The external lock worked perfectly and was simple to use. We were able to get in to the Grand Lake entrance of RMNP early every morning, enjoyed our sightseeing, and back to the cabin in the afternoon to relax and enjoy the Fraser RIver access. We caught some nice trout in the river but also enjoyed local sightseeing. Lake Granby also provided some nice opportunities for shopping , dining and hiking.

Excellent accommodations

We really enjoyed the accommodations and the location. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well equipped which made family dinners easy. Communication with the host was top notch. I highly recommend this spot for an enjoyable getaway!
