The Upper unit is a 2 level, 3 bedroom/1 bath. The master and second bedroom are furnished with Queen beds, nightstands, lamps, and full mirrors. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a single bed, desk, lamp, and mirror. The kitchen is fully furnished for all of your cooking and baking needs. High speed wifi, cable, smart tv, Keurig/coffee, dishwasher, Washer/dryer, and water softener. Enjoy making a cup of coffee at the mini bar. Relax in the spacious living room and dining room area. We could not get the temperature to stay where we wanted it. After a few hours, it would drop. Also, and this is a problem with most VRBO properties, the kitchen is sparsely equipped.

Excellent

We stayed for 7 weeks for treatment at Mayo Clinic. We walked to/from the hospital for all appointments, which was really nice. The house is clean, equipped and well maintained. The property host, Broc, is awesome. Very helpful and attentive to any needs or concerns. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!
