Fully furnished with everything you should need to make your stay comfortable. Enjoy relaxing inside this clean comfortable home or take advantage of the walking trails. The home is located just 2 blocks from the Mayo Campus with off street garage parking.

This is an upper 2 level, 3 bedroom/1 bath. The master and second bedroom are furnished with Queen beds, nightstands, lamps, and full mirrors. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a single bed, desk, lamp, and mirror. The kitchen is fully furnished for all of your cooking and baking needs. High speed wifi, cable, smart tv, Keurig/coffee, dishwasher, Washer/dryer, and water softener. Enjoy making a cup of coffee at the mini bar. Relax in the spacious living room and dining room area. There is a walk out porch from the kitchen and beautiful fenced backyard. Off street parking in a garage. Please use the right hand garage stall for your stay. This home has a shared driveway.

It was an excellent stay and anytime we needed something or had a question, Broc was amazing in getting back to us right away with it as we were there for a week at Mayo. Garage was also a prefect addition! Would highly recommend and will use again when we are back. It was like being at home.

We had a great stay. The host responded very quickly when I messaged him that the salt bucket was empty. He came and refilled the bucket and spread salt on the slippery sidewalk and driveway. The house was clean and conveniently located.

Great place to stay

We came to Rochester to visit our daughter and family. This rental was located in the perfect location. Close to our daughter, close to great walking paths, and close to downtown. The beds were comfortable and the house was well supplied.

Rochester Stay

The place was clean and cozy. We were supplied with everything we needed for our short weekend. Only thing missing was a lightbulb in the refrigerator! We also had to try and be quiet because of a basement tenant, but the owner was very kind in communicating that with us (the two little girls we had with us were VERY loud!). Thank you for the lovely place to stay!

We could not get the temperature to stay where we wanted it. After a few hours, it would drop. Also, and this is a problem with most VRBO properties, the kitchen is sparsely equipped.

We stayed for 7 weeks for treatment at Mayo Clinic. We walked to/from the hospital for all appointments, which was really nice. The house is clean, equipped and well maintained. The property host, Broc, is awesome. Very helpful and attentive to any needs or concerns. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!
