Beautifully decorated & Spacious for large Groups

This home is located in the quiet community of Parrish Florida. We’re just 21 miles to Anna Maria Island. 44 miles to Downtown Tampa. 29 miles to St. Armands Circle and Mote Aquarium. 31 miles to Siesta Key. There’s plenty to do! We provide 7 adult bikes to enjoy our community’s miles of shaded bike trails. You’ll have access to our clubhouse which provides a fitness center, tennis courts, pickle ball court, and Olympic size swimming Pool.
Our home is completely supplied with linens, towels, and fully equipped kitchen. A charcoal grill, wood pellet grill, and outdoor griddle are available off of our screened in lanai. 5 flat screened TVs with smart tv capabilities, WiFi.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The perfect home—especially for a larger group.

So thrilled to have found this beautifully decorated, homey and spacious stunner! 11 of us flew in from different parts of the country for a family wedding, and this home could NOT have been more perfect for our long weekend. We made big family meals, played games, laughed, drank and danced. Soooo much room, and the owners have thought of absolutely everything. Joanna Gaines/“Fixer Upper” fans will not be disappointed; this is a HOME, lived in and clearly loved. We were so happy to be able to share it.

This was a great and spacious home. The host was great and met all our needs prior to booking.

We wish we could have stayed longer but maybe in a future visit to Florida if the home is available we will definitely book again.
