The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with adjoining master bath. The two additional bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and four twin-size (2 bunk) beds and share a full-sized bath.
The ground floor level has a large family room with queen sofa/sleeper, full size pool table and wet bar, opening onto an enclosed, palm tree-shaded brick patio. The patio gate opens directly onto the sand! There is a bathroom, shower and washer/dryer on this level as well. Park 5 cars on site: 2 garage spaces & 3 driveway spaces!
