My hubby and I are always excited to visit this area for Cincy Open. This location is just about 8 minutes away, the host is AMAZING, check-in and check-out process was streamlined, and the unit was just as described in the photos. We travel a lot - domestically and internationally, and I must say this host communicated more promptly and effectively than any host I've encountered thus far. We are already planning to book with them for next year's tournament. After long days of watching tennis in the extremely warm weather, we were happy to return to a cozy place without any issues.
The location was perfect! 30min from just about everywhere we needed to be. Super cool because it was also next to the brewery! Clean, unique, historic, and a great place to stay 🙂
Peter’s Cartridge Factory was a unique apartment and fun place to stay. We had a small issue with the WiFi, but Jason was very responsive and we got it figured out.
Such a cool space. Very “urban industrial chic”! Well appointed with coffee Kcups, detergents, shower essentials, etc. The building has quite the history - great repurposing of the building. The attached brewery was lot of fun with good food and drinks!Overall, a lovely visit!
We went for the cincinnati open. It is just a couple miles away. The apartment is in a quiet location and being part of the old cartridge factory is a cool experience. We have stayed here twice and will stay again!!
We stayed at this property for just under 2 weeks. I felt very safe here, loved the location and the apartment itself. The management was very responsive.
The stay was absolutely perfect! I was especially impressed with the app for entering. We were in town for the matches and it was super close. The host was gracious, and we'd stay there again for as long as the Open remains in that Cincy, if available!
This was such a fantastic experience! Please and check in and communication was top-notch. The location of the property and amenities were perfect for our small family of four and was a short distance from where my daughter was playing in a basketball tournament. Wish we could have stayed longer, but will definitely be back next time we’re in town.
Really nice accommodations in a cool historical site. Love that they kept alot of original character. So many little extras. We brought out dogs and forgot our doggie bags and right by the door on a hook were doggie bags. The water filter pitcher was also already filled and cold when we arrived. All very thoughtfully done. Thank you
We were very pleased with the location and size, comfort of the unit. The very big problem and complaint was more about things out of control of the property owner: a lot of very noisy, loud dogs barking throughout the day and into the night and neighbors that were VERY loud yelling, laughing (partying I guess) into the wee hours of the morning. You could hear sound straight through the walls and it was very disappointing. At least 2 of the days we were there, a man came outside at 5 or 5:15 a.m. and yelled very loudly, I think at a dog. Completely disturbed our sleep. I was very annoyed. There were no instructions on where the gym or community rooms were located and no information about grill accessibility or location. I would enjoy staying here again, but not until the noise situation could be handled.
