Easy, Breezy, Beautiful Condo
Spacious first floor end unit condo with lanai overlooking the 17th and 18th in beautiful gated Stonebridge Golf Club.
Enjoy a relaxed or active time as Stonebridge offers walking paths, lighted tennis courts, a challenging 18 hole golf course, and a welcoming and well appointed clubhouse for casual or more formal dining options. The beach, for those inclined, is a short 10-12 minute drive.
Condo is located in the Ashton Oaks neighborhood, conveniently situated near the tennis courts, clubhouse and driving range. Other amenities include swimming pool situated within the Ashton Oaks neighborhood as well as a another pool conveniently located near the clubhouse.
Condo was renovated in winter of 2021 and is decorated beautifully and awaits you to enjoy afternoon cocktails on the lanai as you watch golfers finish the back nine.
Rental includes access to Golf, Tennis, and clubhouse dining and amenities. The necessary forms will need to be filled out at the time of the rental agreement. Rental fee for condo does not include the fees for activities you may participate in such as tee times, dining, tennis lessons/clinics. Rental fee does include use of pools.
The VRBO agreement is subject to rental agreement approval by the HOA. NO SUBLEASING.

Enjoy all that Naples has to offer in this beautifully renovated first floor condo in the quite and well appointed Stonebridge Country Club. Condo is in prime location with views of the 17th and 18th holes, and within a short walking distance to the hard true tennis courts and beautiful clubhouse.
Great location as you can easily get to Vanderbilt beach to enjoy a day of sun and sand or travel effortlessly to downtown Naples to enjoy the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue.
