Welcome to Broadmoor 1202!

This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit will sleep up to six people and is an excellent space for you and your family while on vacation. It is located right on the beach and has fantastic views of the Gulf!

As you enter the unit, the kitchen is to your left and opens to the dining and living room. You will find a corner fireplace in the living area, which is unique to this property. The living room and master bedroom open to the balcony, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset!

The master bedroom is on the unit's south side, where you can enjoy those beautiful views of the Emerald Coast! There is a king-size bed along with a large private bathroom.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, with the guest bathroom in the hallway. There is also extra sleeping for two more guests on the sofa sleeper.

Great place on the beach

We just loved this condo on Gulf Shores. Plenty of room for a family. We loved the view, the comfy beds and the jetted tub! My teens loved the 3 pools! A great place for a family to relax and enjoy the beach.

Great place with a few flaws

Great location and pretty comfortable, but neither vent worked in the two bathrooms; we had to fix the ice maker; and deck was pretty small and not very private.

Unexpected entertainment on a rainy day

The property meet our needs. Games and puzzles and beach toys were an unexpected plus. Managing multiple tv remotes was difficult. Everything worked well and convenient for walking to Flora Bama. Wonderful stay even with the rain. We will use this location again.
