House with heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna for 15 people

Located a few steps from the medieval village of Caderousse, in a very quiet area, our house and its equipment will be perfect to welcome your moments of reunion with family or friends.

Our house can accommodate up to 15 people and consists of:

A fully equipped kitchen (3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines),
Two large cosy living-dining areas for a moment of relaxation,
An indoor leisure area including a jacuzzi, a sauna and two elliptical trainers,
A veranda with traditional charm for cooler days

You will also find:
- 1 duplex bedroom (1 king size bed and 3 single beds upstairs)
- 3 bedrooms with queen size beds
- 1 bedroom with double bed 150
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
That's 6 bedrooms in total and 5 bathrooms


Let's not forget the exterior, of about 4,000 m² treated with an organic mosquito repellent, which will undoubtedly win your heart:

In the morning, enjoy your coffee on one of the south-facing terraces while the children enjoy the garden;
In the afternoon, relax by the heated swimming pool from April to October, secure and 1m80 deep;
Or indulge in a siesta in a deckchair in the shade of plane trees, with cicadas as neighbours;
In the evening, share a good meal cooked on the plancha or rotisserie in the outdoor kitchen...

You will also have at your disposal outside a lounge area equipped with hammocks, a ping pong table, a petanque court and a table football; as well as several parking spaces for a stay in complete serenity.

Anchored in its green and tranquil setting, the house is ideally located a few steps from all the amenities of the high streets of a pretty medieval village: market Tuesday and Saturday mornings, mini-market, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, tobacconist, bank, bars, restaurants, doctors...

Opt for simplicity, once you return from visits, everything is within walking distance!

Located only 10 minutes from Orange (A7 and A9 motorways, train and bus stations) and nearby cycle path (Via Rhona which links Montélimar to Avignon), Caderousse is at the centre of many activities and tourist places.
