Les Petit Maison Walkable to Downtown Black Mtn

"Les Petit Maison on Vance" translates to "the little house," but it is BIG on charm! Recently renovated and ready for you to fall in love! Less than 1 mile from Downtown Black Mountain, walk to locally owned restaurants, quaint shops, and fun, laidback breweries. Enjoy front porch swinging in the morning with a cup of coffee or relaxing in the hammock after a day of hiking and exploring. No fire pit is complete without s'mores, so look forward to making yourself at home at Les Petit Maison!

We have two comfy bedrooms, the primary has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with two sinks - please note the 2nd sink is the process of repairs and is not working at this time. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. There is second bathroom with a shower. Our third bed is a Murphy bed in the living room. The Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and we have a propane grill on the back porch for you to use as well.

Please Note: The driveway is a shared driveway with the neighboring house. If you need to park on the side of the road, you may do so but please do not park on the sidewalk.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The kitchen was well equipped it was very clean and close to downtown we were able to walk to town and didn’t have to worry about trying to find parking there is a view of the mountain from the front porch swing where we spent a lot of time relaxing the host stayed in contact by email always checking on us to make sure everything was good would stay here again

The home is nicely decorated and well thought out. Plenty of outdoor space for gathering. The kitchen is well stocked. It’s located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops!

My friend and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property! It was so well appointed and very easy at check-in. At first, we had difficulty locating the manual, but it was in the room she was staying in. She found it after a few minutes and we found it to be very thorough! The house is very clean and we loved the location to downtown Black Mountain! We saw a groundhog outback, which was absolutely adorable! The one thing we did find for some sheets in the dryer when we folded them and place them in a chair in the dining room area. Otherwise nothing was out of place. Really really really loved it! Would definitely stay again in the future!

The location was great! We loved being able to walk everywhere! Recess coffee shop has the best pastries & coffee! The house was perfect for 2 of us. Plenty of space for 2 people. Very comfortable accommodations. We didn't cook so I can't comment on the kitchen.

This is a very comfortable, well kept house in a great location. The many upgrades are tasteful and enhanced our stay. We normally don’t cook on vacation but did this time and really enjoyed the well laid out and fully stocked kitchen.

The house is very cute. The bedrooms are very small but comfortable. The master bath has double sinks but only one seemed to be hooked up to water. The couch pillows could use a refresh; they are looking a bit grubby and tired. The location is great for walking into town. All in all, it was a very good experience.
