Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip sheets off of used beds. Place sheets in the washing machine.
Please gather used towels and place them in a pile in the laundry room.
Remove all trash from inside; place bagged trash in the locked 'bear safe' container outside. Containers are on the side of the house. Place recycling items in the large outdoor blue container.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very cozy. Cottage feel. The beds were super comfy! Communication was very responsive if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend friends and family visiting the Black mountain area. We went on a hike to Catawba River falls which is one of my favorite hikes I've ever done with her family.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. The location was perfect—close enough to enjoy downtown Black Mountain's shops, restaurants, and charm, while still feeling peaceful and private.The home itself was beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds, inviting living spaces, and plenty of room to relax. It felt larger than the pictures indicate.Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and hassle-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay in the Black Mountain area. Five stars!

Sweet Caroline-ah is an amazing, picture perfect house. Everything was exactly as listed. Whitney went above and beyond from beginning to end. I sent several messages and she answered in a timely manner. The house was perfect for my family’s get away to Asheville. The location was perfect, the neighborhood was peaceful, and it was close to several amazing restaurants. It’s a perfect location for a girls weekend, We will definitely be back.
