Unit was as described and fit our needs perfectly. We did have an AC issue, but the host was on it and had someone out the next day. They even followed up with us to make sure the issue was corrected. Communication was great.

This property needs some TLC. When we arrived - there was no hot water. There are some rust stains around the property and the toilets need a good cleaning. Also there was sand tracked throughout the apartment prior to us arriving. The “beach access” for the property gets washed out and you are trapped on the beach with the only way back to walk along a busy road. Even when you can access it, it’s not completely safe.Also to note: they do not provide toiletries or include linens in the price. They tell you this prior to check in, but I still find this displeasing for the price we paid.
