Beautifully updated townhome with plenty of space for your group (almost 1200sf). 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds will allow up to 6 to sleep comfortably. Desk and free Wi-Fi so you can work away from home! Full size washer and dryer. The full kitchen has all you need to make a meal at home or grill in fenced yard. Keurig coffee maker with INCLUDED k-cups, creamer and splenda/sugar! Beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs available. Everything you need for a great vacation! Located near the best restaurants, many events, kayaking, boating, and a beautiful day at the beach!

Adorable, quiet and very comfortable house

This was our second stay, and we loved it as much as we did the first time. The house is very clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed - grocery store, restaurants, shopping, beach, etc. We were in town for the Daytona 500 races, and it was so nice to come "home" at the end of each day!

Fantastic Beach Cottage!

This cottage has everything you need for a home away from home! Very clean, quiet neighborhood, well appointed kitchen, calming decor, comfortable beds, patio chairs, grill, outdoor shower, beach towels/chairs/toys, and more. Quick Trip to NSB

Great location! Walked to the beach in 5 minutes with the kids for sunrise, Publix and restaurants are all within a short 2-5 min drive. JoAnn was great in communicating, access was a breeze and overall we enjoyed our one night stay very much.

Our host was wonderfully communicative in letting us know about check in and where to find what we needed in the home. Suggested places to visit and restaurants close by, so we had a good idea of the best places to go. It’s a beautiful place and very comfortable. Wonderful Condo!

We had a wonderful short stay at this amazing condo. The pictures truly don’t do it justice; this was one of our favorite rentals. It had everything we needed, and the space was nicely laid out, much more spacious than we expected. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the beach, and it even provided beach chairs for us to use. Additionally, it was just a short distance from a local grocery store. We loved our stay here and hope to return to this home when visiting family in the area. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Close to all that NSB has to offer, but far enough away from the main strip to sleep peacefully...listening to the waves as you sleep.

What makes this property unique

Good sized, fenced back yard with picnic table and grill so you can eat under the stars and listen to the waves crashing on the sand. Short walk to multiple beach accesses as well as easy access to the river - beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels provided, too. Plenty of parking, too.
