This terrific property offers all the comforts of home just one block from the beach, many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and single car garage.
Enjoy having your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the backyard or the patio just off the downstairs living space. The outside shower will let you wash away the sand when you return from the beach.
If you enjoy cooking outdoors, the Weber grill is in the backyard for your use. There are plenty of beach chairs and beach items for both adults and children and leisure chairs on the back deck and in the backyard.
Did I mention that you can bring your K9 relatives with you? We would love to host them. The yard is fenced to keep your furry friends away from danger.

The host Judy was very nice. Helped us out a lot. The home had so many little things that we all take for granted at home. Not to mention a basket of treats waiting for us. Very nice neighborhood and close to the beach. Very comfortable beds too.

Manuel has a great property right in the heart of New Smyrna. It was perfect for our week at the beach. Would love to return!

Overall, very nice place about a blocki or so to the beach a little walk. if you have some children or older people. there is an upstairs with the two bedrooms so it’s not convenient for younger people or older people but overall it was a great place to stay Could accommodate the five of us fine. Great location food and shopping

We had a very nice stay. The ocean was 2 blocks away. We could not see the ocean from the house. The owner has, beach towels and toys. He was very accommodating and answered our questions quickly. Both bedrooms were up stairs. Very clean and even welcomed us with a small snack basket.

House was nice and had everything we needed plus some.Two cons: 1. backyard had green outdoor carpet instead of grass. They used paver blocks to hold it down and it just didn’t look nice2. 2nd bedroom was upstairs but guest bathroom was downstairs ( minor inconvenience if you have guests)

Laurie, Sorry about the green astro-turf, we have tried grass but it needs to be watered and the dogs drag mud into the house. If we went back to grass we would not be able to allow pets, and would have to raise the price due to the cost of water. It is a full bathroom downstairs, we did not consider replacing it when we gutted the house. We felt one up and one down would be sufficient for 4 to 6 people.
