Nestled just a 15-minute drive from the vibrant Tampa Bay and an 8-minute drive from the stunning St. Petersburg - Clearwater Beaches, this property offers the perfect home base for your Florida getaway. Indulge in the convenience of free WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and a smart TV, making your stay truly comfortable.
Prepare delectable meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen island, toaster, ice maker, and all the necessary dishes and utensils. When you're not exploring the nearby attractions, such as the vibrant John's Pass Village & Boardwalk, unwind in the living room or take advantage of the outdoor play area and outdoor furniture. Upon departure, all dog poop mast be picked up from the property and put in outside trash container. Failure to do so will result in $50 charge against your security deposit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
