AVAILABLE NOW UNTIL DECEMBER 31,2021. This Lovely Heritage Pointe 2 bed/2 bath lake view condo is available for immediate move in. The light and bright unit is nicely furnished with many upgrades. Queen bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Includes eat in kitchen, full size washer & dryer & walk in shower. A short walk to the Clubhouse & pool. Nice walking path throughout the complex. Perfect location. Close to the Sanibel & Ft Myers Beach bridges. CLOSE TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TRAVELING NURSES. Must be 18 years of age, no pets, no smoking. Credit & background check required. HOA approval needed.
