Davis fell in love with St. Augustine and designed the Davis Shores neighborhood right over the Bridge of Lyons on Anastasia Island.

the apartment was charming ,spacious and so comfortable. Chris was so fast at communicating when we arrived an hour early he said we were fine to check in as all was ready. he had supplied everything down to toiletries, kitchen roll, dishwasher pods etc It was amazing value for money and in a great location you are able to walk across the bridge and look to the right as you might be lucky to see the dolphins. strongly recommend this place

Nice place but not comfortable for us

Very clean, beautifully renovated. But we never felt alone there. We could hear the conversations of the people below, which made us feel the need to whisper to each other for privacy, which is not relaxing at all. Bed and pillows were not at all comfortable. Outdoor space didn't feel welcoming or private. Location was excellent. Overall lovely apartment, but never felt 100% comfortable there.

Beautiful

Fabulous rental, a little far to walk to downtown or to the beaches but a very safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend this rental super super clean and beautiful.
