Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated third floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.
Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.
If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.
Overall, this property is a great value and the perfect location to spend your vacation. Hope to see you soon!

The host was easy to communicate with and was very helpful in making sure we were able to enjoy our time there. The shopping in the historic district was so easy to walk through and the beach and mall shopping was perfect.
This was the cleanest VRBO we ever stayed at. Perfectly located and very comfortable. Gregory was quick to return our calls when we had any questions. A great 3 days in St. Augustine
Such an adorable property right in the downtown area making it convenient for just about everything. It was the perfect size for two adults. There was a balcony with a table for two which invited us for breakfast every morning watching passers by.
We had a wonderful time staying at The Victorian. It’s very cozy and close to all the shops and restaurants. The only issue was parking, it’s a ten minute walk from where you park to the apartment.
The space was gorgeous, clean, and quiet. We loved the location downtown and being able to walk everywhere, having the parking pass was a huge help too. We felt right at home and will be coming back and booking the space again!
We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located within walking distance to everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would happily stay again!
This is the perfect spot for a St Augustine trip. Very Clean and right in the middle of everything. We only needed our car to drive to the beach. Love the balcony for coffee in the morning.
Great location. Didn’t need the car at all! Lovely accommodations for our little family of three. Comfy bed and bedding. Super clean. Only complaint is that if you are a light sleeper (like me) it is very loud in the alley and you can hear everything. Although I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the sound machine!
The room was beautiful and clean. There were glasses, plates, utensils, and cookware, which was nice to have. The location is incredible, right in the heart of historical downtown. The view from the balcony was amazing. We will definitely be back!

I serve as the keeper of our family home that we've owned for three generations. I grew up in St Augustine attending both high school and college here. I love St. Augustine and the unique lifestyle so have made the decision to raise my family here.
