Tucked Away in Palmetto Dunes Out of the Hustle & Bustle Under 11 Live Oaks

Perfect location, a short bike ride to the beach and on the 11 mile lagoon with a dock.

This four bedroom, two bath home is renovated and ready for your vacation. The well appointed kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counter tops and is fully outfitted. Seating for 8 at the bar and dining room.

Enjoy the beautiful view of the pool and lagoon, or watch TV in the den. Check out the wildlife early in the mornings, deer, owls, alligators, and lots of birds!

There are three king bedrooms and hall bathroom with tub/shower combo, along with an optional bedroom with twin beds, with access to the hall bath located near the other bedrooms. The master bedroom has a TV, small vanity, and private bathroom with walk in shower. Guests will have access to the beautiful backyard and pool through the sliding door. The other two king bedrooms are down the hall with smart TVs and share the hall bathroom.
The outdoor area is perfect for family fun and relaxing. The pool has a very shallow entry making it easy for the little ones. There is a spacious backyard and private dock. Don’t miss out on this cozy cottage home in Palmetto Dunes!

No pets allowed. Also please do not feed the wildlife. We don't want to attract alligators and racoons. Please secure trash can lids.
For saftey, cameras are outside at the pool equipment, front door and left side of the home, but no cameras are inside or on the pool/deck/backyard.

Great get-away

Quiet and very restful. Lots of animals around and the fishing was great even though it was catch and release.

Wonderful and Restful Vacation Stay

Beautiful location under an amazing canopy of trees. We enjoyed lounging around outside at any time of the day under the magnificent array of trees and the canopy they provided us. The house was in a quiet location and very close to the beach. Everyone including the kids had a great time and will miss our vacation home but we'll have great memories to look back on.

Amazing!!!

We had such a wonderful visit to a Hilton Head. The house was perfect for our extended family of 7. The pool was shaded by the most amazing live oaks. From floating in the pool to fishing from the dock of the lagoon there was something to do for everyone. The house was immaculate and Kim was so quick to respond to any questions we had. We all agreed it was the best house we have ever rented. Can’t wait to visit again!
