Beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 2087 square ft. home. Large front yard with built in fire pit, putting green and children's playhouse. Lovely backyard with hot tub, gas barbecue and stone water fountain feature! Master bedroom, King bed with bathroom and private deck with small fire pit. Second bedroom, King bed opening up to backyard deck. Third bedroom queen bed which also opens up to backyard deck. 5 minute drive to Carmel Beach and the Pebble Beach Lodge.

Perfect Stay for Three Couples

My wife and I celebrated our 50th Birthdays with friends and had the such a great time at this Pebble Beach Property. Alicia was very accommodating and helpful and the property was beautiful and comfortable for 3 couples. We'll rent again or next time in!

Conference getaway

Perfect location for our conference in downtown Monterey. Close enough to get to easily but nice and quiet to get away from everything once done. Very supportive owner.

Xmas in Pebble Beach

Alicia went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The house has everything one needs - full kitchen, grill, comfortable beds and even a bit of a valley/bay view. We enjoyed the hot tub, the proximity of the Pebble beach golf course and charming Carmel.

Pebble Beach getaway

The home was lovely, very clean and had all the amenities one would need. Lots of room for our family of 4 adults snd 2 small children. It is in a beautiful setting. The location between Carmel and Monterey was perfect for us. Thank you Alicia for being a wonderful host!

Pebble Beach forest retreat

This was just what we needed. A beautiful home nestled in a quiet neighborhood hidden among the trees. The fire pit was a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and chat with family members. The hot tub was so nice after a day on the golf course. All in all just a fantastic way to spend a few days.

Simply Wonderful!

Sea La Vie exceeded expectations in every way. Lovely landscaping; roomy, comfortable furnishings; very well-stocked kitchen. The fire-pit, hot-tub, and putting green offered us great enjoyment. Alicia couldn't have been a nicer host. We cannot wait to return.

Perfectly Beautiful

Perfect home away from home for our family to meet up for a long holiday weekend. Everything you could possibly need and more. The beautiful grounds, sitting around the large fire pit making s’mores, the darling playhouse for my grandsons, the putting green. Just a beautiful comfortable home. Property manager was very accommodating. Checking in and out process and communication with the manager couldn’t have been easier. Hope we can do it again soon!

Phenomenal home for families w/ kids, close to everything!

We did a long weekend at this property as part of our kids' spring break. It was the perfect property! It was spotlessly clean, well-stocked in terms of kitchen supplies and other needs, and the grounds were the perfect playscape for our 7 and 4-year-olds. The property is also in the perfect spot to explore anything and everything around Monterey and Carmel. It's a 10 minute drive to just about anywhere. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to have an escape and spend quality time with friends or family.

Plenty of wonderfully appointed space, yet comfy-cozy, too

The two of us spent a full week at this split-level house in one of Pebble Beach's neighborhoods that is not intimidating, not glitzy, not too far from the gated entrance, and therefore just about perfect for us. We found everything exactly as promoted in the listing description and photos, so there were no unpleasant surprises or unforeseen things we needed to run out and secure for our stay. Quite the opposite! -- we had packed many things for the week that our hosts provide for those who stay at the house, and we wanted for nothing for the duration. Provisions are plentiful, and if you book this property and wonder about anything, you'll find the hosts quick to answer your questions and eager to help you with any plans. We have stayed in the area almost annually for a few years now, and to have found this property was our good fortune. That it has a hot tub, a lovely fountain, and a fire pit were bonuses.

Exceeded our expectations!

From booking to checkout, the owners were great! Lots of communication and very responsive. This property and home are beautiful, better than the photos! Owners provided absolutely every amenity to make us comfortable and beyond. The yard is gorgeous, we had our s'mores party at the firepit, thank you so much! The home is beautifully and comfortably furnished, beds were very comfortable and linens perfect. So many great spots to spread out and have privacy, the decks, patio, the front firepit area, with a putting green. Landscaped beautifully, it is early in the season and there was plenty of color, the water feature in the back yard is so nice...all in all, a perfect stay and we hope to return...

Perfection in Pebble

We have stayed at so many vacation rentals. We usually stay in about two a year in various CA locations. This might be our top rental ever. The listing is better in person. We came in to a wonderful smell, extremely clean home. The more we stayed, the more we appreciated the cleanliness, the detail for people staying there and various amenities. The fire pit and the putting green felt like icing on the cake for the home itself. Not even to mention that the host was so helpful and available. It made me excited to share details of our trip with her along the way. A note to those with older family members: there are 10 steps into the home and 5 steps from the living space to the area with bedrooms. Our 93 year old grandmother has a hard time with stairs, but due to the railings, these were no issue for her. The children's toys and plates were also a happy surprise to have for our young kids. Thank you for a wonderful weekend in the coastal forest!

Great StayCa Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful home in the heart of the peninsula within easy driving distance to popular destinations (don't miss Point Lobos National Park!) or if you just need to pick a groceries. We've stayed in many VRBOs and none has felt quite as well stocked as this home. The firepit with s'mores was a hit and so easy to use. Communication with the owner was seamless and it's clear the owners strive to make everyone's stay enjoyable, even responding to minor suggestions for improvement. Would definitely stay there again if we're in the area for a local vacation.
