Long weekend in carmel

Amazing place and views, incredibly relaxing and spacious house. Location was very easy to get to. Was very easy to communicate with and everything as listed. Had a great stay and would use again.

Great house and location

My husband and I spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed the quiet and beautiful Carmel Coast. The property is light and airy and relaxing. The home has many nice qualities. I would highly recommended it. Best, S and G

Although, windows overdue for a good cleaning and description talks of walk to pebble covered beach, which is not an option. Inside, house is roomy, clean and great for family of four.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, clean, well-maintained home convenient to Carmel, Big Sur, Point Lobos. Spectacular views, quiet neighborhood.3 complaints:1. floor heating was too much! At the lowest setting we were hot in October 2. Spotty WiFi and cellular 3. The pans are cheap and peeling non-stick meant we canceled plans to make a meal and enjoy the sunset at the house.

Family Trip to Carmel

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect house for our family. The views were phenomenal from every room. We have stayed in many rental homes and this one was extremely well stocked. Plenty of paper goods, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. The kitchen had every item you could imagine including four different options for making coffee (nespresso, drip, keurig and french press) as well as kitchen extras like zip lock bags, saran and tin foil and basic spices. The house was super clean and everything was in good working order. The rental company was easy to work with and called and texted before we arrived so that we would have an easy way of reaching out in case we needed anything. All in all, a perfect family vacation home -- close to Big Sur, Carmel by the Sea and Carmel Valley.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes - one word says it all. The Views from this property are spectacular - pictures simply do not capture the true beauty of this setting. This is the primary selling point for this lovely property. The interior has some features that bear evidence of the home’s age (cabinetry & architecture); but furniture in the living spaces and the bathrooms have been tastefully decorated. Inside and out, this home will not disappoint! The management company was very responsive and welcoming. Even though we travel to other destinations on our California road trip and saw many wonderful sites my friends and I thought this property was the crown jewel - rivaling the sites along the famous 17-mile drive. We all want to come back again...

3906 Ocean's One Eleven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property and its location are amazing. We stayed here to enjoy the Big Sur, Carmel and Monterey area and were very pleased with its central location. The drive from and to the SFO airport were the only longer drives. The property has plenty of rooms and beds to separate the early risers from the night owls and had pretty much everything we needed. The garden is really well maintained with paths and benches to enjoy it. You can hike down to the rocky beach using the path between the rental property and the one next door. The view from the second floor deck is really nice too. We couldn't be happier with our stay and exploring the area. Hiking among the redwoods at Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park, a whale watching cruise in Monterey, driving the 17 Mile Drive and Highway 1 down to Julia Pfeiffer State Park were highlights. There are also restaurants with great views including Pacific's Edge and Nepenthe. There is a lot to do in a relatively small area and this property is right in the middle of it. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so happy to arrive and find Ocean’s One Eleven to be as beautiful, comfortable, and equipped for our stay as expected. Photos cannot do the view justice—you are looking onto the ocean from every room. We enjoyed the porch and just sitting out watching the waves crash. The house is enormous and has everything one might need for their stay. We can’t wait to come back!
