First floor features large kitchen and an abundance of cabinet space in addition to a butler s pantry and wet bar with a second refrigerator. Deck is off of kitchen which includes outdoor dining and quaint yard. Extra large dining room with an adjoining breadfast nook. Large living room with built-in bookcases, gas fireplace, DVD player, Bose sound system and wireless internet. Second floor features three bedrooms with a large master suite which includes a private porch, master bathroom and a walk-in closet. Other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Third floor features an additional three bedrooms and full bathroom. The private driveway provides off-street parking for three with additional on-street parking readily available.
