Oceanfront townhome with sound access in Duck!

Perfect oceanfront location! Use the ground floor boardwalk to the beach, or take a 5-minute walk to our private access to Currituck Sound! This unit is part of the Port Trinitie community, which stretches from oceanfront to sound across the island!

Community ammenities include tennis courts, private ocean access, and 2 pools: a neighborhood pool, and a pool on the sound. The sound area offers a park-like atmosphere with a sandy beach, boat launch, and a fishing/crabbing/lounging pier with a gazebo.

Relax on one of this unit's two oceanfront decks, and take in the sights and sounds of the seashore. Or swing in the shade below deck in our hammock! Take long walks on miles of open beach without public access. If you forget the tanning lotion or your fishing gear – no problem – climb the few steps back over the sandy berm and you are back at the house to get whatever you need!

Bring your bike for a 10-minute ride on the paved bike path into town. Duck is a family-oriented community, with plenty of quaint restaurants and shops to explore, water sports, boat rentals, and a beautiful, mile-long boardwalk on the sound complete with beautiful evening sunsets. Visit the town of Corolla, 30 minutes north, where you can drive on the beach in search of wild ponies.

Port Trinitie's community oceanside and soundside pools are open from June 5 – Sept. 11. The hours of operation are 9am-dusk. Please note these dates and times are subject to change.
