Family home in Le Pouliguen close to the beach, port and shops

For rent, Les Chardonnerets, our family home in Pouliguen, 44 (town near La Baule).
Ideal for 2 couples and 2-3 children.

Close to all the amenities of Le Pouliguen, very close to the small wood very popular with children, 5 minutes walk from the port and its nice restaurants, shops, market and the beach of Nau, our house is very pleasant for family stays. You can do everything on foot.
And you can come by train: the station is 15 minutes away on foot

On the ground floor, with:
- two beautiful bedrooms,
one with a double bed and a toilet,
the other with a double bed and a single bed, overlooking the bathroom
- a small children's room with bunk beds (sleeps 2)
- a large living room and a fitted kitchen
- a veranda with a sofa
- a garden with garden furniture and barbecue
- 2 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes (3/7 years old) in working order and games / beach accessories available

It is a house from 1930, typical of Le Pouliguen, with character, comfortable and practical, that we offer for seasonal rental when we are not there. It is currently being renovated but already very pleasant and operational.

Hiking on the coastal paths, bike rides, fishing on foot and easy beach pleasures to have a good stay.
The area is full of attractions with the salt marshes, the towns of Guérande, La Baule, Le Croisic, the Brière regional park, the shipyards of St Nazaire, there are plenty of things to discover. We will give you our good tips.
