Outdoors, gather on the deck and use the gas grill for summertime cookouts, or slip into your walking shoes and head out on the nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail. And for sleeping arrangements, this home offers four bedrooms, including one accessible room on the lower-level with a queen-size bed and a spacious, second-floor main bedroom with a king. All four bedrooms come with flatscreen TVs.

The kitchen had every thing we needed. Great for families. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean - plenty of blankets and pillows. The yard was also perfect for s’mores. Lovely beach themed home great for all ages. Rental company was helpful and responsive. Only disappointment was that the outdoor shower did not work. Would also recommend AC for the living areas (wall units) and a hammock for the back!

Short Cape trip

Not a bad house. Definitely not a beach home as it would have taken a little ride to get to one but we were there for a family function so it was fine. The only complaint we had was there was no AC in the living space (kitchen, living room, dining room) and it got a little warm and humid. There were window units in the bedrooms so sleeping was fine.

Great vacation spot

The home was very nice, plenty of room, nicely decorated and supplied, and in a quiet neighborhood. There were just a couple of suggestions we had to make it perfect. 1. there needs to be a trash can in the upstairs bathroom, 2. there were several remote controls for the downstairs tv and it was very confusing to figure out which remote did what - even for the 20-something-year-olds. Possibly directions or labels on the remotes. and 3. a "welcome" note - Just to let you know when the lawn is mowed and what you'd like done with the garbage and dirty sheets at the end of our stay. Otherwise, this was a beautiful home, very comfortable, and close to restaurants, shops, and beaches. We had a great time and recommend others to stay here.

Good size rental with 3+ bedrooms but the house is quite dated - Carpets, while vacuumed had many dried ugly stains - Several small things that should be fixed - No ice cube trays, no trash can in mater bath or master bedroom - Shower curtain had some mold - Appliances very dated - Dishwasher not bolted in place and tipped over when opened - No end tables in bedroom

Amazing Place!

It was well cleaned and full of common household items, so it was easy to get settled in. Everything in the house was great and I don’t really have anything negative to say! Definitely would recommend!

Location, Location - Perfect

The home was well laid out with lots of space. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were great. The air conditioning, however, was only in the bedrooms and not the entire home. We had an issue with one air conditioner and the washer but the management company was quick to respond. The location to all things we wanted to see from sights to restaurants was perfect. Overall a very cozy comfortable home and would return again for a future visit.

Wonderful week on the cape

We recently traveled with our family to Cape Cod and our stay was wonderful. The house was on a quiet block with a small backyard for the kids to play. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms and it was really nice to have 2 full bathrooms. We had a wonderful time. It was only about a 10 minute drive to Mayflower beach, which is a personal favorite, so this met all of our needs.

Our 3 night stay was wonderful! We instantly felt right at home. The house was clean and well stocked with all of the comforts of home ( right down to the sun hat that I borrowed for our beach day). I’d highly recommend this home to a family looking for comfort, cleanliness and quiet.
