- a clean, quiet, relaxing spot only a short 1/3 mile walk from our home in the beautiful quiet neighborhood directly behind us.
- The water is clean and shallow for a ways out for young children to play safely but the pond is large enough to enjoy kayaking, canoeing, fishing and swimming.
- Our pictures help you see how beautiful and serene it is.

Our parents bought this home when we were young. Our family vacationed all summer long throughout our childhood here. We would now like to share the summers with other families and friends looking to bond while enjoying Cape Cod from a wonderful central location.

Why they chose this property

Flexible check in/out days. 5 night min stay.

Clean home & Excellent Location. The house is located about .5 mile north of Route 28 on W. Yarmouth Road - providing excellent access to the 'back roads' to avoid the heavy summer traffic.

We love our private neighborhood beach. Warm beautiful Seagull beach is 2 miles south. The public Sandy Pond Recreation Area is 1.5 miles away on Buck Island Road (tennis & basketball courts, baseball field, a playground area, pond and trails). The Bayberry Hills Golf Course is located just 2 miles north on West Yarmouth Road.

This mid-cape location provides easy access to the Main St. Hyannis area - as well as all of your favorite Cape destinations.

What makes this property unique

Our favorite activites include exploring all the different beaches along the Cape including the National Seashore and Nickerson State Park, playing mini-golf at Pirates Cove with the kids, riding the bike trails and enjoying the many breakfast diners all around.

We love our natural yard which homes many birds and a family of ducks.

We also have a walk-in basement to store your bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, or whatever toys you bring along.

Excellent drinking water right from the tap.
