House 8 pers, garden, near Pontaillac beach and shops

Beautiful contemporary house of about 140m² located on avenue Madeleine in the Pontaillac sector of Royan. All the modern comforts are there to accommodate 8 people and park cars.
The entrance is via a small Japanese paved alley. The house is divided into two parts; the ground floor where the sleeping area is located and the ground floor where the living room is located.
The ground floor is made up of four bedrooms: The left wing and the right wing each have a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and another bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Each bedroom has storage space.
In the middle of the corridor are a bathroom (bathtub) with double sink, heated towel rail, hairdryer and a single bathroom (shower), heated towel rail.
A separate toilet on the landing. A travel cot is available at your convenience.
On the ground floor, the living room has a fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, steamer...). A high table with high chairs is in place for morning coffee.
A large extendable table will allow you to eat at 8.
On the right wing you have the office area, followed by the lounge area with television and board games.
On the left wing the laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner.
From the living room, you can go to the furnished terrace on which you can also eat. The garden goes around the house.
A petanque court is available. Vehicles can be parked in the courtyard.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge as well as beds made. Duvets and pillows available
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the property
Nocturnal disturbance is punishable by the intervention of the police. Internal rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

ATTENTION, any arrival after 8:00 p.m. and until 10:00 p.m. will be charged an additional €30 on site. FROM 10:00 p.m. to 00:00 a.m., arrival will be charged an additional €50 to be paid on site. No departure before 6:00 a.m.
From 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. any departure will be charged an additional €30.
