Step inside this carefree beach getaway, a charming retreat just over ½ a block from the Beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping on South Padre Island. This family-friendly townhouse offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and location.
The open-concept ground floor features a Fully Equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a cozy living room. Large doors lead directly from the dining area to the Private Pool & Hot tub, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. A half bathroom is also located on this level.
Upstairs are 3BR, The master bedroom includes a king bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom offers two full size beds comfortably sleeping up to 8 Guests. Two full bathrooms are located upstairs.

Property was great! Very clean and VERY VERY convenient location. More than enough room and the overall layout was spacious yet cozy. Kitchen is a little tight but more than enough for the little we actually used it. IMO the house over delivered in a good way on what I expected. Pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. Bathrooms were very clean and updated with planty of room. No issues with any of the appliances and everything worked great. Only negative thing, which wasn't really worth complaining about was that the air conditioning didn't seem to keep up (set on 72 and ran at 74-76), but its South Texas in early September and 100 degree temps. Cooled down at night so sleeping was comfortable. Really couldn't tell it was a rental at all. Would definitely rent again and would recommend the house and the rental company. Compared to others we looked at it was way nicer than some that were way higher in price. Definitely got our money's worth.

Our stay here was incredible! The amenities were above and beyond. The baby walker was such an amazing unexpected surprise! We will definitely be returning to this rental. You can definitely tell the hosts go above and beyond for their guests. The pots and pans were excellent quality. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Washer and dryer. Sooo many beach toys you don't need to bring anything. We were very impressed with the attention to detail!

The house worked out great for what we needed on our family get away. The only downside was the older neighbor cleaning his pool in the nude one morning. Kids enjoyed the pool and the house was clean and a great location.

The cognito townhouse was exactly what we needed for our Padre island getaway! The pool and hot tub were a great touch and we spent a lot of time in the pool area. The beach is a short walk only about a block away and there also many other places (restaurants, shops) within walking distance. The bedrooms met our needs. One thing that was not seen in the listing is the bathrooms. They both have tubs which was essential with two young kids. The company kindly provided a pack in play and high chair which was a huge asset. The garage has everything you need for the beach including toys, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and wagons. The kitchen was small but well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

We wanted to take a small trip near the beach with a homebase to relax and enjoy. The location was perfect and had all the amenities we were looking for! All communication was quickly responded to and solutions were swift. Perfect size pool for a small family. The items supplied for the house is abundant from dishes to beach gear there is not much to want for while staying here.

Perfect beach getaway for couples or families

We really enjoyed our stay in Cognito Townhouse. Had everything we wanted; easy access to the beach (<5 min. walk), private pool/jacuzzi and plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

Gorgeous! A great way to relax at SPI.

The property is beautiful! Location is in the middle of the island. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed our stay greatly and plan to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is close to the beach, restaurants, church, and the private pool was perfect for our family. It was also quite handy to have the washer/dryer on site. We would definitely consider renting this property again.
