You have direct access to the 40m2 living room, where the fully equipped kitchen which opens directly onto the terrace through a large bay window, a bright dining area where you can enjoy your meals in peace with the view of the garden.

On the other side of the room you have a cosy lounge area where you can read or listen to music....
A staircase leads to the upstairs bedrooms with their private bathrooms. One has a direct view of the garden, the second is on the mezzanine. You also have a toilet .
The third bedroom, also with its private bathroom is on the ground floor as well as a second toilet.
The house is located 5 minutes from the city centre of La Rochelle.
A bus line 2 minutes walk from the house serves the city centre and the port of Minimes .
You are also 10 minutes by bike from the city centre and the old port, and 10 minutes by car from the bridge of the Ile de Ré.
You can park for free in front of the house.

A travel cot, a high chair, and a baby bath will be at your disposal, if needed.

The living room is all parquet, so I ask travellers, in case of bad weather, to please take off their shoes when entering.

Local shops such as a very good bakery, A pharmacy, an excellent wine shop, a newsagent and a small farmers' market every Thursday morning complete the assets of the house.
