Succulent House - Near La Jolla & UCSD AC & EV
Lovely 4 BR home centrally located in the UTC area, a safe and family-friendly neighborhood. Vaulted ceiling, home office, spacious backyard, fruit trees, and water conservation landscape. Comfy bed in every room. Fully loaded kitchen, AC, laundry, parking, EV charger, 200M wifi, HBO, Disney+, Prime Video, smart lighting. Close to UCSD, the UTC mall and restaurants. Easy freeway access. Short walk to park, playground and nature trails. Perfect place for your next family vacation or staycation.
The space
Master bed comes with king bed and a small en suite bathroom, brand new bedding and furniture. Smart lighting helps to create the perfect ambience for relaxation.
Two additional bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with twin bunk bed, are perfect for kids, other family members and friends in your company.
Office is equipped with workspace for you to focus during the day and a twin trundle bed to relax for the night.
Normal occupancy is for 8 people. 9 people can be accommodated with a trifold mattress.
Kitchen is loaded with everything you need to make a homey meal for your entire family.
The house is also equipped with crib, playpen, highchair and baby bath tub to accommodate family traveling with young children.
Free EV charging in garage (ChargePoint level 2 charger with NEMA 14-50 plug compatible with most EVs).

Off street parking in driveway. Plenty of free street parking in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Free EV charging in garage. Centrally located in the highly desirable "golden triangle" part of San Diego. Easy access to freeways I-5, I-805 and state highway 52. 5 minutes walk to nature trails in the neighborhood, perfect for a morning walk or evening run!
Other details to note
* We do not ask our guests to do chores. Simply enjoy your stay. Cleaning service will take care of everything upon checkout.
* No parties. This is a very quiet residential community. We do not want to be a nuisance to the neighbors.
* TV is in living room with multiple streaming services, no cable TV.
* Trash collection is on Monday.
* Gardening service may visit the yard during stay

- No extra guests. The maximum allowed number of guests is 9.
- Pet fee applies. Please specify number of pets during booking. Guests will be responsible for all repair/replacement/cleaning costs which can run in excess of $1000.
- No late check out.
- No parties. This is a very quiet residential community. We do not want to be a nuisance to the neighbors.
- Quiet hours after 9pm.
- Absolutely NO smoking. If there is evidence of smoking inside the house, guests will be responsible for all cleaning costs which can run in excess of $1000.
- No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
- Please do not unplug anything from the wall. There are smart home devices around the house which we depend on to keep it secure and everything running smoothly.
- If you have to displace anything in the house (furniture, beddings, etc.) during your stay, please put them back where they were found when you leave.
- Please conserve energy and water. The US Bureau of Labor Statistics has confirmed that San Diegans are paying the highest electricity rates than any other city in the country.
- Accidents can happen. If and when it does, please let us know.
