Unit A-412: An airy, open floor plan and a location just steps to Kamaole Beach Park III combine to make this a popular Kihei vacation property. The spacious residence measures over 1100 square feet , with 2 bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms and a private lanai (patio). Your deluxe condominium offers you the privacy and comfort of your own home. We are the owners and we give the commission discount directly to our guests.

The condo has two master bedrooms, a large living room and dining room, a new fully equipped kitchen (with granite countertops), a clothes washer and dryer inside, and air conditioning in each room.

The sleeping arrangements are (Sleeps up to 6):
Bedroom #1 has one king-size bed and a private bathroom with shower and large bathtub.
Bedroom #2 has two twin (single) beds and a private bathroom with shower.
The living room has one queen sofa bed.

This condominium is a south-facing, end-unit which gives our guests both extra windows and extra sunlight. With the vaulted ceiling and open floor plan, this residence has lots of light and an oversized feel. A-412 is located on the 'quieter' back side of the of the first building in the complex... this minimizes the street noise as well as offering a bit of privacy. A-412 also has a "peek" view of the ocean through the buildings.

Haleakala Shores has a private swimming pool which sparkles in the garden setting. Your condo is quiet and peaceful; it does not receive street noise or noise from the pool.

Haleakala Shores is an attractive property located across the street from one of Maui's best beaches, Kamaole Beach Park III. The "3 Kamaoles", Kamaole Beach I, II, and III, are 3 wonderful beaches (Kihei's largest) for all kinds of water activities. They have excellent swimming, snorkeling, diving, and sunbathing only 200 yards from your doorstep.

I include tax/cleaning in all prices for stays of 5 nights or longer. Stays of 4 nights or less must add $210 cleaning fee. And VRBO adds a "service fee" directly to the guest. I cannot precalculate this fee in my per night rates and I never see this fee; it goes directly to VRBO.

Comfortable condo in great location

Have stayed at this property multiple times and would stay again. The location is close to desired spots in Kihei. Also across from a favorite beach park with lifeguard, play equipment and bathrooms. You can even see turtles there.

Amazing stay

This was a perfect property to stay and enjoy Maui! Highly recommend walk to good and beaches easy! Kids loved the boogie boards. A/C was perfect for those muggy days we stayed in for lunch!

Nice location,couldn't enjoy the pool due to covid rules no more then 10 people.

Overall nice place to stay, we extended an extra day which was no hassle process. Wish the 2nd room had an ac unit too, came with most of the amenities you would need for your stay.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Fantastic location, so close to the beach, amenities and highway access. Loved that the condo had a full kitchen, wash and dryer, beach chairs, A/C, two bathrooms, and private balcony. Property owner was great with communication and accommodated us when I needed to extend my stay due to unforeseen circumstances. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! Right across the street from the beach. Owner is excellent to work with. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. Parking is a little tight for a large vehicle but we parked a BMW suv with no problem. Just follow the owners instructions which are very thorough down to the TV. I sincerely hope to return to this condo.

Great experience: Walk to the beach in 2 minutes, very roomy, well equipped. airy and comfy. Top floor benefit: High Ceiling, very quiet, and wonderful views. Only complain: the photos on Vrbo don't show how good this unit actually it is! Already recommend this property to my friends and families. For us, we will rebook next time when we are visiting Maui. Great location and quiet condo

We loved our stay! Beds were comfortable, house was fully stocked with beach toys, chairs, towels etc. a few things to be aware of- the parking spot is horrible! Very hard to get in and out of. And the pool has very strict rules- no inflatables, no music, and no games. Other than that, our stay was perfect and no complaints!

This is an excellent place to stay! The location is awesome and the condo was perfect for us! The pool and grounds are beautifully kept. The closets are stuffed with beach toys, body boards, chairs, and anything else you would need! This is right across the street from Kam beach III. The Condo is very nice, clean and well kept. We have never been to Maui before and we will be back for sure! We fell in love with the island and will be back next year to stay! Thank you Bill for such a beautiful place!

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for us. It is just as pictured, very clean, comfortable, and in a safe environment- just across the street from a great beach and several more within easy walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and was beautiful. There were many fans, which worked very well, with the windows open, to keep the place cool. The a/c was only needed for a short time when we first arrived. Several shopping areas were within walking distance. The grand bonus was all the beach equipment available for use: masks, fins, chairs, towels, mats, cooler, boogie boards... The only thing we had to bring or rent were the snorkels- very inexpensive to rent at Snorkel Bob's, and fun to meet Sue there. The owner of this condo was very helpful, upfront, and quick to respond as we prepared for this amazing vacation!

Everything you need!

This home had everything we needed. Plenty of cookware, kitchen accessories, plates cups and more! The bedrooms had comfy beds, extra linens, towels and all the beach toys you need. Plenty of beach chairs, shade umbrella's, boogie boards, snorkel masks and fins! The patio/lanai faced a neighboring complex looking over the tennis courts which provided entertainment while having breakfast in the mornings. This unit is near the community area w/ a pool and BBQ area (great & clean BBQ's!). The grounds and community area are very well cared for and cleaned every day. This is our 2nd stay in the complex and we love being across the street from a great beach & park with grassy areas, picknick benches, bathroom and showers overlooking a sandy beach that is great for snorkeling, small surf and snorkeling with pleanty of turtles to be seen every day. Its walking distance to coffee, cafe's restaurants, shopping and surf rentals. We will be back!

This condo was very comfortable to stay at. We are a family of four with two very young toddlers so we definitely had to watch them as it is not so baby proof. King sized bed was fairly comfortable, a little bouncy but still slept all night. Using the ceiling fans and condo fan did not work to cool down the place during the afternoon and ac took awhile to cool the place due to vaulted ceilings but it did get comfortable and some nights we were able to just open the windows and use fans and we're comfortable. Great location with walking distance to beach and close to shops and restaurants. Not much of an ocean view but stilled a peek and the price was awesome. Bill is definitely a great owner and very helpful and honest and nice. Great little condo. The parking spot is tight but still fine to just back into just watch out when you come out to not hit any oncoming cars. Nice that parking is close to condo.

I reside in beautiful Lake Tahoe, California and visit my condominium in Maui every 6 months. I enjoy skiing, scuba diving, and the great snorkeling of South Maui.

Why they chose this property

I wanted to own a place near my Maui ohana, and where I could walk to a great beach in flip-flops. I didn't want to have to drive anywhere. I also wanted to be in South Kihei where the beaches are large and the water is clear and beautiful. There is good snorkeling right at our beach, Kamaole Beach Park 3, and only a short walk to Kamaole Beach Park 2. In addition, one can walk to restaurants, shopping, and even a convenience store. The area is teaming with life and locals enjoy our park on weekends.

What makes this property unique

I loved this condominium because it has a two story ceiling and it is an end unit, so it is extra sunny with nice cross breezes. It is also very large for a Maui condominium; you'll love that. It is one of the best locations; it is in the back corner facing away from both streets which makes it very quiet!
