The apartment is high up from the valleyfloor. It has a viewpoint that can be counted among the most beautiful in Berchtesgadener Land. Free view of the valley and the Berchtesgaden Mountain scenery. Due to the altitude of our house we have the advantage that over 1050m bright sunshine prevails, while the fog in the valley does not dissolve.
, it is cozy and lovingly furnished, simply without "frills" and luxury, but it has everything you need at an exceptional altitude in the middle of nature, surrounded by a quiet alpine landscape. With its simple rural feeling, it invites you to relax and recreate.
The apartment is absolutely for non-smokers and can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons. It consists of a living room with double bed (box spring bed) and an open kitchen, fully equipped with a spacious seating area in alpin ambience

*Renting in winter is possible on request.
*Despite the exposed altitude of 1050 m, we are easily reachable.
*In case of extreme snow conditionsthere is a suitable parking space a distance of 200m. Winter gear required.
