Great house, great location. It worked perfectly for our family and our dog. The yard is fully fenced, there is a nice saltwater pool and the yard is well done. The house is their house that they live in, except when they go on vacation (I suppose). It has a lot of personal items (photos, nicknacks, a hat collection, etc), so as long as you are aware that they are there, you will feel like you are in a real house, not just a bare bones rental. Everything you need is in the kitchen.Gradignan town center is a very short walk away, there is plenty of shopping, a butcher, boulangerie, Fromagerie and a Carefour city market. Pretty much you can walk to get everything you need. The bus is close and it runs to the tram or to downtown Bordeaux, so staying here without a car is a possibility (if you don't mind the bus/tram). The owners are super responsive and can answer pretty much any question that comes up. Definitely a good place if you have a family and need a 3 bedroom place.

Maison spacieuse, agréable et très bien équipée, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Nous nous sommes très vite sentis comme chez nous.Les propriétaires des lieux sont sympathiques, accueillants, soucieux du confort et de tous les besoins de leurs hôtes ; nous n'avons donc manqué de rien et les en remercions...

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten 14 wunderschöne Tage im Haus von Nathalie und Francis. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt. Nathalie und Francis sind ganz tolle Gastgeber. Sie haben uns alles im und um das Haus gezeigt und gaben uns viele tolle Tipps, die wir rund um Bordeaux unternehmen konnten. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die komplette Außenanlage mit tollem Pool ist wunderschön und war das Highlight unserer Jungs. Abends konnte man gemütlich draußen sitzen und sogar Boule auf einem eigenen Bouleplatz spielen. Auch unser Hund konnte, dadurch, dass das komplette Grundstück eingezäunt ist, sich immer frei bewegen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wenn wir wieder in diese schöne Region reisen, würden wir uns freuen, wieder Gäste bei Nathalie und Francis sein zu dürfen.
