This newly constructed property brings chic, low-maintenance living to the heart of the Arts District in Annapolis.

No parties, events, or large gatherings!

The week-long stay discount is 20%!

We would be happy to accommodate flexible check-in and check-out times if available!

The space:
The property is an elegant, two-bedroom corner residence with a highly coveted formal foyer. The kitchen, featuring an accent island with storage, opens directly into the living space for optimal entertaining flow. With walk-in closets in both bedrooms, a large foyer closet, and ample kitchen cabinetry, the Royal maximizes usable space at every turn. The covered balcony allows for a refreshing indoor-outdoor entertaining space that is perfect for a quiet afternoon or an al fresco dinner.
Guest access:
Annapolis is a very accessible city! Most destinations will be within walking distance of the property. There is also free public transportation called the Circulator. This trolley is available daily from 8 am to 8 pm. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.
Other things to note
This is our first home! We are working toward creating multiple VRBO listings for our guests to enjoy all over the country (and possibly even the world). Thank you for helping us on our journey toward accomplishing our dreams.

The unit has a Ring video doorbell. This is not actively monitored but may be reviewed if there are concerns during the stay. Guests must comply with the number of guests, party, pet, and smoking policies.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you would like to go above and beyond. Please do not feel obligated to clean! 1. Remove any used bedding and towels. Place items in the washer and start a wash on normal.
2. Place used dish ware in the dishwasher. Start an express wash if less than half full. Please do not put pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, wine glasses, and the milk frother in the dishwasher.
3. Return the keys to the lockbox outside using code 6142 and then reset the code to 0000. 4. Let us know your estimated time of departure as soon as possible so we can coordinate with our cleaners.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This property is beautifully furnished and equipped with every convenience one could wish for. The check in instructions provided by the host were fool-proof and super easy to follow. The unit itself was impeccably clean. As a native Annapolitan, I can attest that this location could not be better for walking access to local restaurants, historical sites and the famous Rams Head venue. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We love walking around exploring historic downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy, this condo was the perfect location to do so. Very modern unit with all the comforts, very quiet building. Inside parking space was a big bonus, especially during winter weather!

This is a charming little condo. We were here for eight days in the winter… But the location was fantastic so no problems with getting around and could’ve hopped on a trolley as well. The host was responsive, and we enjoyed the more modern aesthetic. The underground secured parking was Fantastic, never had to worry about our car. Very convenient. This condo is best suited for one couple as the second bedroom is quite small. The patio had an issue so didn’t use it as fully as I would otherwise, but it is being repaired so would it be a nice place to have a cup of coffee once fixed.

We had the best weekend visiting our son at the Naval Academy. This condo was absolutely perfect for what we needed and where we needed to be located. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our quick getaway. We will surely stay here again!
