Perfect house for a small family! The downstairs area was like a small apartment for my 12 year old son and he loved having his own space. My 7 year old daughter had her own room next to my husband and me. We had a wonderful view of Morro Rock. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay with our family of 5! Kitchen had everything we needed and there's a beautiful view of Morro Bay. We couldn't have parked more than one vehicle because half of the driveway is very steep and that's the side where the garage door opens, but that wasn't a problem for us and wouldn't be a problem for a higher clearance vehicle. Very comfortable beds and lots of storage. They had a high chair and a mini crib in the downstairs living room. No gates on the stairs, but we also didn't ask so maybe they have some. Beautiful home and we would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. Wonderful views and close to several beach spots. It had lots of space for our whole group of 8. We would no doubt look to stay in this home again next time we are in the area.

Loved this charming home. Well stocked and very cozy. The driveway is STEEP so be aware, it’s a bit hard to park in for larger vehicles or those low to the ground. Views are lovely.

The place was very clean and very nicely updated. The driveway was steeper in person and it was a little tricky at first, but we figured it out fairly quickly. Overall a really great house and would love to stay there again!

Beautiful location

We did a family vacation here as my brother lives in the area. We enjoyed the home and the city of Morro bay very much. A lot to see and do and the countryside right behind the home with the beach in front was spectacular. It’s very central and a lot to see and do within a short drive. A lot of parks and restaurants close by too. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. The driveway is a bit steep so if you have a car be very careful pulling in.

The house is beautifully redone and has an amazing view. Easy to get to the water and all the bay activities. Easily slept 8. The driveway is quite steep but is easily figured out and becomes simple.

Great spot, close to beach, clean, beautiful view

Lovely spot. Two families stayed, 4 adults and 4 kids. Ample space, very cozy and comfortable. Beds were wonderful. Kitchen had great amenities and what we needed. Very clean and adorably decorated. You can tell the owners took the time to create a cozy atmosphere. No noise issues at all, and the beach/Morro Bay was very close. Even walked to a quaint coffee shop/beer spot. Would stay here again:)
