About this property

Simple Serenity

Welcome to my home! I have been a super host for Airbnb and VRBO with a different listing for years now. All of my spaces stay extremely clean and always feel welcoming to guests. The space I’m offering is a freshly painted single bedroom with a full size bed just big enough for a single individual or couple, it includes a nice second level walkout patio, a dresser, a large nightstand, a newer 55” LED TV, and fresh linens (cleaned after each guest stay). There is also a large bathroom at your disposal that was just updated with new cabinets and hardware that includes a his and her sink. I currently work from home so all I ask is that individuals be mindful and respectful of the space and remove their shoes anytime they are inside and clean up after themselves. The space will include access to a kitchen as well which includes a microwave, oven, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker.
