We loved our stay at the Kitz condo! The location was absolutely perfect. Lots of great restaurants and things to do in easy walking distance. The condo was great, lots of fun games to play and it was very clean when we checked in. Check in and check out were very easy and smooth. Lots of great info was provided by the host.

Very clean with excellent location. We would have entirely enjoyed our stay but for the fact that the people renting the unit above us were evidently Irish Clog dancers that were training Clydesdale horses in the unit. And they never slept, except between 2 and 4 am.

I'm just so sorry you never mentioned this to us during your stay. We have their phone number and will be speaking to them. Most of the building houses full-time residents.

The condo was in an excellent location. Great river side restaurants across Yampa street and Lincoln street shopping and activity rentals all within walking distance. The shuffle board and arcade machine were great fun. The condo had all we needed and more, I would book here again.

This was an amazing place for us when we stayed here. We stayed over 4th of July weekend and were a little worried about the no AC but it was actually very cool and we had no issues. Sandra was the BEST and responded to all questions in a very timely and caring manner. I highly recommend staying here!

Very clean. Host was very responsive. Beds were a little too firm for my taste. Loved the games and the location. It was very easy to walk to several dining options.
